Recipe for 2 - 3 portions of semolina porridge
One 1/2 litre of milk, 1 pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons of rice syrup or cereal sugar, 100 - 125 g semolina (depending on the desired firmness)
Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil while stirring. Then let simmer for another 5 minutes at low heat (you can also turn off the stove = remaining heat). Enjoy cold or warm.
