Gluten-free organic rice noodles Art Piccolini. The noodles are made from organic rice flour in Italy. They taste al dente or cooked soft. The rice piccolini are also perfect as a soup garnish.

How are the Piccolini's prepared?
Per person approx. 100 g of uncooked Piccolini's.
Put the Piccolini's in plenty of boiling and salted water (about 1 level teaspoon) and cook them "al dente" for 8 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour off the water and rinse briefly with hot water.
Recipe fried noodles
Cook the Piccolini's and let them cool down a little (Piccolini's from the day before are perfect for this). Fry the Piccolini's in a frying pan until they are a little crispy and then pour the whisked egg over them (for 1 person, whisk about 2 eggs). Stir and turn and fry further, so that the egg becomes a firm mass. If you like you can add ketchup.
