Cenovis - organic clear vegetable broth(100 g = 2.56 €)
The clear vegetable broth does not contain any yeast or additives for soups, broth etc. To season, simply dissolve a slightly heaped teaspoon in a little warm water and then add it to the dish to be seasoned. To make a sauce, dissolve a slightly heaped tablespoon in about 300 ml of water and then prepare the sauce as described below.
The jar contains 140 g.

Recipe for basic sauce (roux)
Melt 1 good tablespoonful of butter (or lactose-free margarine) in a pot at medium heat (do not let it fry!), stir in 1 tablespoonful of flour or corn flour quickly and add approx. 300 ml broth. We still add a good shot (up to whole pack :-)) of lactose-free long-life cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you like you can add nutmeg (note for fructose intolerants) Nutmeg has a relatively high percentage of sucrose)
