How to prepare the bread
- 500 g baking mix
- 1 sachet yeast / or baking powder
- 500 ml lukewarm water
- Oat flakes as desired to sprinkle over it
Mix the contents of the package with yeast or baking powder and the water, using a dough hook to form a smooth dough.
Note: If yeast is used, the bread must rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the dough on it. (or place in a greased form) Form a loaf of bread with your hands and smooth the surface with a damp dough scraper (or hands). Sprinkle with oat flakes or sunflower seeds as desired.
Bake at 250°C (top and bottom heat)
60 minutes on the middle splint
We have dispensed with preheating the oven and the water bowl, as stated on the package.
