How is the spaghetti prepared?
Per person approx. 100 g uncooked spaghetti.
Put the spaghetti in a large pot (so that they can swim and not stick together) in plenty of boiling and salted (about 1 level teaspoon) water and cook "al dente" for 10 - 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the water and rinse briefly with hot water.
