1.0 Delivery and ordering costs
The delivery costs within Germany are 5,50 €. There is no minimum order value.
From 49,50 € order value the delivery in Germany is free for you.
The delivery costs to the selected EU countries Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands and Austria are 15,00 €.
From 85,00 € order value the delivery to Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands and Austria is free of charge for you.
2.0 Parcel shipping with DHL
Parcels are sent with DHL, which also delivers on Saturdays or to packing stations. Your data will be passed on to DHL for the dispatch of the parcel. In addition, your e-mail address will also be transmitted to DHL to announce the parcel. In case of a strike at the parcel sender, we reserve the right to send the package with another parcel sender. Should this be the case, we will inform you in writing by e-mail. This will not result in higher costs for you.
3.0 Not available articles
Items that are not available will not be delivered later.
However, if the article is in stock again, we can inform you. Please use the button "Ask a question" in the article or the contact form.
4.0 Delivery time
The delivery time within Germany is usually 2 - 4 working days.

As soon as the invoice amount has been received, we will send you the ordered goods.
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
IMMEDIATE bank transfer
After placing the order you will be redirected to the website of the online provider IMMEDIATELY transfer. In order to pay the invoice amount via IMMEDIATE bank transfer, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure activated for participation in IMMEDIATE bank transfer, you must identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be executed immediately afterwards by IMMEDIATELY bank transfer and your account will be debited.
6. reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
For entrepreneurs the following applies additionally: We reserve the right of ownership of the goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You may resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business; you assign to us in advance all claims arising from this resale - irrespective of any combination or mixing of the reserved goods with a new item - in the amount of the invoice amount, and we accept this assignment. You shall remain entitled to collect the claims, but we may also collect claims ourselves if you do not meet your payment obligations.
7. transport damages
If goods with obvious transport damages are delivered, please complain about such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
