Bake fructose-free chocolate muffins, simple baking recipe I haseklee.de

Here's what you need for delicious chocolate muffins with icing.

  • 1 egg
  • 125 g margarine or butter
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • approx. 50 g cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar fructose-free
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • possibly baking flavouring
  • possibly a dash of water or milk (depending on the smoothness)
  • 50 g Frunix grain sugar + water for the icing

Schoko Muffins

Except for the flour, put the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Then add the flour and baking powder and mix well again.

Bake for approx. 15 minutes at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat).

Leave to cool and decorate with icing.

Icing drops

  • 50 g Frunix corn sugar
  • 10 - 15 ml water (this is half a shot glass full = 1 ccl )
