for approx. 10 - 15 muffins (depending on the size of the muffin tin)
- 1 egg
- 125g margarine or butter
- 100 g grain sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1/2 bag baking powder
- Baking aroma or vanilla sugar from Frunix
- 50 ml milk
- 12 g red berries fruit snack (this is 2,6 g fructose)
- Grease for the baking pan
Beat the eggs and put them in the mixing bowl (if they are bad, not all the dough is lost), then add the margarine/butter, the cereal sugar and whoever likes, the baking flavor or bourbon vanilla and mix well with the mixer.
Add the flour, baking powder and milk and mix well with the mixer.
Pour into the muffin cups with 2 spoons. Make sure that the muffin tins are not filled to the top, as the batter will still rise.
Bake at 180 °C (top and bottom heat)
Bake for 15 minutes on the middle rack (for small muffin tins - please allow more baking time for larger ones - it's best to check the baking sticks when no more batter sticks to them, then the muffins are done.
