for the shortcrust pastry
- 100 g margarine or butter
- 100 g grain sugar
- 1 egg
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
- possibly a small dash of milk or water for a smooth dough
- 1 egg yolk for the glaze before baking. Then the bunnies get a nice golden yellow color
Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer and put the dough in the fridge for half an hour. Then roll out the dough and cut out the stars.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) for about 10 - 15 minutes and then let the cookies cool well on a cooling rack.
Cover the finished bunny cookies with Frunix corn sugar icing and dab on an eye of melted chocolate.
